Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the United States! We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days; orders placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will be packed and shipped the next business day. Local orders are expected to arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Orders within the United States may take 7 to 16 days to ship.

Within Canada, we offer free shipping.

Within the United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $100; for orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
